New Year's Resolution to Give Back to Cincinnati???.. 

As you look back at 2009 and forward to 2010, do you hope to become involved with a part of Give Back Cincinnati that you have not been previously?  In January you will have several opportunities participate in an event or to learn about two of our programs that will expose you to new ideas and great people....

Tired of work? want to go BACK TO SCHOOL???

On Saturday January 23rd we will be going to...

 Norwood Middle and High Schools

to paint, clean, and contribute our energy to show the students how much we care as a community about them as our future.  We will be focusing our efforts on the middle school's common areas (halls, stairwells, and such). This event has been a perennial success for us as it will be large, rewarding, and tons of fun. Tentative details for your calendar will be that registration will begin around 8:15 AM and the last paint brush will be cleaned at 3:00 PM, but the day will not be over as we will head to the after party to celebrate a job well done at 3:00 PM until you have had your fill of fun.

Freedom Project Information Sessions:

Come learn about the Freedom Project at one of the information sessions in February. Mark your calendars now and more details will follow later regarding specific times and locations.  The Freedom Project is a year long journey that is truly one of a kind here in Cincinnati.

February 1st, 3rd, 7th, 9th, and 11th.

Each information session will last about an hour and go from 7:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Give Back Beyond Information Sessions:

If you missed the information sessions over the last few weeks, do not fret.  We will be hosting several information sessions in January for you to learn about the trips being taken and what you need to do to become a part of one of the trips.  Romania, New Orleans and Ghana are excited to welcome you, so we hope that you will consider service travel as part of your 2010 to-do list.
