The day got off to a rainy, soggy start, but that didn't stop more than 150 volunteers from taking part in in the Greater Cincinnati Cleanup in Over-The-Rhine on April 16. As part of the Great American Cleanup, Give Back Cincinnati partnered with Keep Cincinnati Beautiful and volunteers from the University of Cincinnati to help make OTR a cleaner, safer place to live and visit.
Though the rain made the day a little chilly, it couldn't dampen the spirits of the volunteers. In fact, many seemed to embrace the rain and laughed about the experience while wearing ponchos made out of garbage bags. [Continue reading and check out the photos!]
Registration is now open for Give Back with the Future! In just three short weeks, we'll partner with the Leadership Scholars, a select group of inner city youth who excel inside and outside of the classroom. The event will be co-hosted by Give Back Cincinnati and Keep Cincinnati Beautiful.

Ollie Kroner felt like a hypocrite. The Miami University grad student and Northside resident drove 35 miles a day in between home and school, where he studies bioscience.
