Tricia Giessler
Executive Team - Membership Director

Background:
I’m a born and raised Cincinnatian, from the westside! I attended college at Xavier University (Go Muskies!) and Wright State University, studying psychology. After completing my psychology internship in Dallas, I moved back to Cincinnati to be closer to family and friends. I currently work as a clinical psychologist in a group practice.
What GBC means to me:
When I moved back to Cincinnati after living in Dallas, I was looking for an organization to join that gave me opportunities to meet new people and volunteer. After attending my first few Give Back Cincinnati events, I realized that this organization not only enabled me to meet new people and volunteer, but I was having a great time doing it too! What keeps me coming back is that I meet new people at every event, I have a lot of fun and I can tell that we are making a real difference in the community.
What I do for GBC:
I am the Membership Director. In this role, I am responsible for welcoming new members to the organization, including managing new member registrations and hosting new member happy hours. I am also responsible for coordinating registration for events. I am responsible for pre- and post- event communication with members, including communicating final event details and post-event surveys. The membership committee is present at events to welcome and direct members when they arrive to volunteer.
Fun Fact:
I love Xavier basketball and attend several games per year. In 2004, I drove from Cincinnati to Atlanta and back in one day to watch Xavier play Duke in the Elite Eight. Unfortunately, we lost – but I’m ready and waiting for our next Elite Eight appearance and you can be sure I’ll be on the road to get there!
