| Description: |
It was a cold and rainy day but the
weather did not dampen our spirits. Our
gamblers boarded the buses at
the Head First Cafe and made the quick
jaunt to Lexington. There were 10 races
that day on the very muddy track and
also on the interior grass track. The
excitement was high and the gaming
furious. After the final race, the
winners (and those who just showed)
boarded the buses and trekked back to
Head First Cafe to chase the chill from
the bones.
