Give Back Cincinnati 3rd Annual Holiday Party
When: Wednesday, December 8th
Where: National Underground Railroad Freedom Center
Time: 7:00 - Midnight
Participants: 320
It was a grand night for friends, music and a review of our great organization!
After a little food, some drinks and socializing, the Party kicked-off with an awesome
movie recounting this year's events. It is amazing what our organization accomplished
this year. Of course, we are set to accomplish event greater things this year!
Our 2005 calendar of events was unveiled and it is set to be very exciting! We have new events
and new twists on some of our favorite events. Check them out on our
Volunteer Events page and
Social Events page.
We would like to give a huge Thank You to all of our 2004 annual sponsors! You have helped make this
a wonderful year. Our organization would not be what it is without them. In this spirit, we would like
to announce that Give Back Cincinnati received over $100,000 dollars in donations and grants last night
from such outstanding partners as the Mayerson Foundation, Panera Bread and Cincinnati Sports Leagues.
Be sure to check them out on the web and in person.
In addition to the donations and grants, the 2005 Operational Board and the newly formed
Advisory Board members were announced. The Operational Board runs the day-to-day activities of
planning and running GBC events. The Advisory Board was formed to develop the strategic
plans to make GBC an even bigger success in the years to come. Read about all of these
dedicated people on our About Us page.
Our raffle was a great success. One of the big winners was Johnmark Oudersluys. He won
Two Round Trip Tickets on Delta Airlines. Brian Polark of Cincinnati Sports Leagues won
the Full Sized Golden Tee. More results of the raffle will be posted here shortly.
