(1) Give Back operates with zero paid employees; thus all contributions are placed toward activities that move the organization forward.
(2) A summary of financial distributions will be made available to contributing sponsors to ensure funding is placed toward areas of need.
Can my company make a donation?
Yes! Sponsorship from area businesses will enable Give Back Cincinnati to remain on the path of growth and success by giving us the financial support to continue planning, organizing and executing service projects to benefit local schools, at-risk youth, the elderly, and the community for years to come.
Do donations have to be monetary in nature?
ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! By no means are donations limited to cash-only. We are happy to accept product and/or service donations. As a matter of fact, many of our current sponsors support the execution of our events through donations of products and/or services: Home Depot, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Servatti's, Larosa's, Arthur Murray Dance Studios, etc.
Can I make a personal donation?
Give Back Cincinnati does not make a practice of actively soliciting donations from members or individuals in the community. Having said that, it's most gratifying to hear when someone is interested in making a personal donation to our cause.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Give Back Cincinnati is a federally recognized non-profit organization, therefore any contributions are 100% tax-deductible. Upon submitting a donation (products, services, or monetary), Give Back Cincinnati will issue a "Receipt of Charitable Donation" for tax purposes.
